摘    要:弹载无线电发射机弹上空间十分有限,需要小型化高增益功率放大器。针对传统的功率放大器体积偏大或者增益偏小的不足,提出采用双共轭匹配法设计小型化、高增益功率放大器。匹配电路设计采用双共轭匹配法,选用体积小、增益高、供电电压一致的芯片,利用芯片厂家提供的小信号S参数模型,载入ADS软件,进行双共轭匹配仿真,将输入、输出阻抗匹配到50Ω,可使输入、输出反射损耗最小,功率增益最大。匹配电路采用微带线和电容串、并联实现,可兼顾小型化、增益和输出功率。测试和试验结果证明:该方法可有效地提高功率放大器的增益,并且功放体积小、性能良好。
