摘    要:针对力帆620汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)的开发,在其基本构成和工作原理基础上运用故障树分析法对其故障进行细致分析,并总结出需检测故障点及其故障判别方法;根据EPS系统各类故障对部件的输出和整个EPS工作的不同影响,按照两种不同的故障处理方式设计出故障自诊断流程和安全保护策略;文章的研究对不同类型的EPS故障诊断研究有较好的实用参考价值。
