摘    要:对SLAB View软件在化学泄漏事故应急救援中的应用进行分析讨论,以江苏淮安段"3.29"液氯泄漏事故为例,对危险化学品的扩散过程及危害范围进行模拟研究,得到氯气扩散体积分数与下风距离的关系及不同等级危害区域的危害纵深。将模拟结果与消防局《化学灾害事故处置辅助决策系统》的模拟结果以及实际监测结果进行比较,为公安消防部队制定抢险救援决策提供参考。

Abstract:The applications of SLAB mode and SLAB View software were analyzed and discussed concerning the emergency rescue in chemical leakage accidents.Based on the leakage of liquefied chlorine in "3·29" accident happened in Huai’an of Jiangsu Province,the diffusion process and threatened area of released dangerous chemicals were simulated.The relation between volume fraction of Cl2 and the downwind distance was got and the danger range of different grade was known.The result,then was compared to the one provided by Chemical Disaster Accident Disposition and Auxiliary Decision-Making System used by the fire control department,and that of the on-site real-time monitoring.It can offer the theoretical basis and reference for fire departments to make the emergency rescue plan in the accidents.
