| 摘 要： | 介绍了风电产品铸件的技术要求,指出:设计合理的浇注系统可以有效地解决夹渣问题,还有利于铸件补缩；小冒口生产成本低于一般的冒口工艺,工艺出品率大大提高,而工艺稳定性则高于无冒口铸造工艺；利用冷铁改变铸件冷却速度则有利于解决石墨漂浮和碎块状石墨缺陷,但要慎用冷铁,尤其是高牌号球铁铸件.
