土壤中全磷测定的不确定度评定

摘    要:本文叙述了土壤中全磷测定的不确定度评定方法,主要包括数学模型的建立、测量不确定度来源识别如测量重复性、称重、定容、液体转移、温度、标准曲线等、各输入量的测量不确定度及其相对不确定度分量、各相对不确定度分量合成和合成标准不确定度计算、扩展不确定度的确定等内容,从而得到测量结果的报告形式。通过不确定度方法评定,得到测定结果的表示方式为(0.197±0.014)%;(k=2)。
