摘    要:Td-Dy-Fe单晶材料是一种在室温下超磁弹性能的新型稀土智能合金,具有能量密度大,换效率高等特点。这种材料的应用研究正受到了越来越多的重视,其已有的应用方式主要是采用电磁能转换为弹必民动态弹性能转换为动态电磁能这两类。

Abstract:The Tb Dy Fe single crystal is an advanced rare earth alloy smart material with giant magnetoelasticity at room temperature and has the properties of high energy dense and high conversion effcience. More and more attention has been paid to the study on the application of this kind of materials. Many devices, based on energy conversion either from magnets to elastics or from dynamic elastics to magnets, have been developed using this material. A novel magnetoelastic static force measuring system has been developed by using Tb Dy Fe single crystal as a whole sensitive component. In the application of Tb Dy Fe alloy, this new system approaches the conversion of the static elasticenergy into the dynamic magnetic energy for the first time. Comparing with the conventional magnetoelastic force measuring system, in which a non whole sensitive component made from the silicon steel is used, this system has the speciality of good magnetoelasticity, high sensitivity, simple structure and low power consumption.
