| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国大学毕业生就业难度的日渐增长,文章分析了大学生在就业中所面临的四大压力,即高失业率、加入WTO、高校扩招、农村剩余劳动力和城市下岗职工的问题,并提出大学毕业生“走向农村”是解决大学生就业问题的新出路。
