壳程结构对换热器性能影响的数值研究

摘    要:在简化模型的基础上运用CFD数值模拟方法,对比研究了螺旋折流板和弓形折流板壳程结构和流动参量的变化对换热器整体流动与传热性能的影响。结果表明,2种结构对应的壳程压力损失和换热系数均随流量的增加而增大,而螺旋折流板结构的α/Δp参数明显大于弓形折流板,体现了螺旋折流板结构的优越性。这种特点对于现有生产工艺的增容改造具有重要意义,可以在不额外增加动力设备的前提下有效满足生产需要,节省能源消耗。

Abstract:A CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method is applied to investigate the performance of heat exchangers with different shell structures and flow parameters on the basis of a simplified model. A contrast analysis of the heat transfer performance of the shell structures of helical baffle and segmental baffle is made. Analysis result shows that, the pressure loss and heat transfer coefficient of both shellstructures increase with the increase of the flow rate, and the parameter α/Δp of helical baffles is distinctly larger than that of segmental baffles. The simulation result is consistent with the experiment data.
