| 摘 要： | 本文通过调查研究和经济技术分析，认为在缺少适于修筑堤坝土料的情况下，采用粉细砂加筋技术修筑堤坝，技术上可行，并具有显著的经济效益和社会效益，在环境保护及水土保持方面均具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In the instances of lacking the fit material for constructing dam, the paper thinks that the construction dam technology by reinforced fine sand is feasible in technique, has a notable economical and social benefit and an important significance in the environment protection and the soil and water conservation through the investigation and the economical and technical analysis. |
