| 摘 要： | 制造大型高低压复合转子的技术难点是:选择最佳的化学成分精炼、合理的锻造工艺和采用特殊的热处理方法。本文简要介绍了国外高低压复合转子材料的性能和材料的应用情况,并介绍了高低压复合转子的制造工艺特别是分区热处理方法,同时还叙述了国外复合转子的制造水平以及生产实绩。

| Abstract: | The technical keys of manufacturing large high - low pressure combined rotors are selecting optimum chemical compositions, refining , forging and special heat treatment. This paperintro-duces the performance and application situation of high-low pressure combined rotor materials abroad and the manufacture process of high-low pressure combined rotors, especially the step heat treatment method. At the sane time.it also describes the manufacture level and examples of combined rotors abroad. |
