| 摘 要： | 施工组织设计是水利水电工程设计、施工中一项必不可少的内容。在市场经济条件下，加强施工组织设计对降低工程造价的作用越来越明显。加强施工组织设计主要包括优化施工导流、施工方法，选择合适的场内外交通道路标准，统筹规划施工场合，合理安排建设工期等方面。
