Abstract:A fuzzy-PID control system for constant liquid level is designed in this paper,in which S7-200PLC from Siemens is adopted to control the liquid level.The parameters of PID-controller such as Kp、Ki、Kd are set online by building the fuzzy tuning rules and completing fuzzy reasoning.PLC receives the signals from liquid level sensors as feedback.The simulation and tests show the fuzzy-PID controller can make the liquid level control system have better control performances than single PID control system,such as faster response time,smaller overshoot and shorter time to reach steady state and improved system performances can be achieved.
