基于拉格朗日差值的压力传感器温度补偿算法

摘    要:随着压力传感器的广泛应用,对压力传感器的精度要求越来越高,由于温度是影响压力传感器精确度的主要原因,所以减小由温度漂移所造成的测量误差是需要解决的问题.本文设计了一种基于拉格朗日差值的压力传感器温度漂移补偿软件算法.该方法简单实用,同时测量引用误差可以控制在0.26%以内,完全可以满足实际的需要.

Abstract:With the wide application of the pressure sensors,the requirements for the precision of sensor are higher and higher.Because the temperature is the main factor influencing the precision of pressure sensor,how to reduce the error from temperature offset is a burning question.In this paper a software arithmetic for temperature offset compensation based on Lagrange’s interpolation is given,which is easy,useful and can control the error less than 0.26%.It can meet the requirements of practical applications.
