| Abstract: | A displacement sensor based on differential capacity principle is studied in the paper.Its mathematical model and detection circuits are simulated.The detection circuits include sinusoidal stimulus circuit,converting bridge,amplifier circuit,precision rectifier circuit and filter circuit.The Matlab/ Simulink software is used to simulate the sensor system.The performances of the sensor are analyzed.The results show that the simulation method can analyze the rationality of the sensor and its detection circuits.Furthermore,the sensor has good linearity when its measuring range is suitable. |
