| Abstract: | The meanings and main contents of the lowest price method of tenders submmiting and the comprehensive evaluation method are presented.The two methods are the two basic bid evaluation methods in tenders inviting of two engineering facilities.Through comparison,the comprehensive evaluation method is recommended. |
