海水浸泡后的丁烷球罐球壳板检测与分析

摘    要:丁烷球罐球壳板在海水中浸泡约6个月,打捞上岸后对其进行安全性能检测。对安全性能状况有代表性的21块球壳板进行了外观检查、厚度测量、几何尺寸检测、腐蚀检测及分析,发现球壳板已经受到较严重的腐蚀,外观、厚度、几何尺寸、腐蚀检测等检测项目的结果分别有不符合要求的情况,综合评定抽查的21块球壳板均不符合标准规范、设计文件或使用要求。

Abstract:The shell plates of butane spherical tanks were tested for their safety performances after they had been soaked in seawater for about six months and then were rescued out of the sea. Visual inspection, thickness measurement, dimension check, and corrosion examination and analysis were performed on twenty-one shell plates which are responsible for all shell plates' safety performances, which showed that the shell plates had been corroded seriously, and appearance, thickness, dimension, corrosion condition of these shell plates didn' t conform to the relevant requirements respectively. All the randomly tested twenty-one shell plates were not in accordance with codes, design documents, or application requirements on the basis of general evaluation.
