氧化铝粉体及混杂纤维改性树脂基复合材料的摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:通过在液态酚醛树脂溶液中引入不同粒径的CuO-TiO2低温烧结氧化铝陶瓷粉体、陶瓷-芳纶-金属混杂纤维以及硅烷偶联剂,探讨了陶瓷粉体、混杂纤维以及偶联剂等对树脂基复合材料摩擦因数与磨损率的影响规律。结果发现,粗大氧化铝陶瓷颗粒的引入,有助于提高树脂基复合材料的摩擦因数并降低其磨损率;将Ti/Cu摩尔比为4.0的低温烧结氧化铝粉体引入到酚醛树脂中,可获得摩擦因数0.54、磨损率0.22×10-7cm3/N·m的良好摩擦性能;适量硅烷偶联剂的添加能有效提高摩擦因数并降低磨损率,过量的陶瓷粉体与混杂纤维虽然可以提高摩擦因数,但因造成树脂相对含量的减少而使得复合材料的整体结合力变小,从而恶化了复合材料的耐磨损性能。
