| Abstract: | Teams and groups are the elementary cells of the management of petroleum enterprises. The quality of teams and groups influences that of enterprises to a large extent. Therefore, it is quite necessary to pay more attention to teams and groups construction and build a set of effective good circle system for enhancing the quality of teams and groups if we intend to vitalize and develop our petroleum enterprise. |
