| 摘 要： | 在分析航空制造企业中知识资源的构成和知识管理现状的基础上,建立了评价航空制造企业知识管理水平的多层次综合评价指标体系,运用基于三角模糊数的模糊层次分析法来评价航空制造企业的知识管理水平,并给出了方法的具体步骤.该评价方法易于操作,适用于被评价对象的性能无法具体量化、指标权重不易判断的多层次指标综合评价问题.最后通过算例给出了方法的应用.

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the knowledge resource constitution and knowledge management status in aviation manufacturing,a multi-level synthetic index system to evaluate knowledge management level in aviation manufacturing enterprises was presented,and fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method based on triangular fuzzy numbers was used in evaluation,as well as the concrete steps for application of the system were also provided.This method was available for comprehensive evaluation problems which were difficult to define the value and the weight of indexes.Finally,a case was given to illustrate the application of the proposed evaluation method. |
