曲面磨削工艺的研究

摘    要:提出了在三轴数控工具磨床上,利用成形砂轮与数控插补相结合,对复杂曲面进行磨削的方案,解决了曲面磨削的难题.具有加工精度高、成本低、效率高等优点.

Abstract:A grinding process for complex curved surface is provided with the help of combination of shape wheel grinding with CNC interpolation.grinding on a three-axis tool grinding machine, thus solving the grinding problem for curved surface. This grinding process features high machining accuracy, low cost and high efficiency.
