基于SITRANS料位计的监控系统设计

摘    要:针对吕梁山木瓜煤矿原有料位计老化、测量不准确等问题,设计基于SITRANS LU 10超声波料位计的自动监控系统。系统采用S7-300系列PLC及组态软件作为控制核心,通过WinCC组态管理软件可直观地显示料位数据实时变化,实现煤仓料位的自动检测、超限报警、卸料小车运行与卸料控制等功能。

Abstract:According to existing problems of aging and measuring inaccurately in Lvliangshan Mugua Coal, an automatic monitoring system based on the SITRANS LU 10 ultrasonic level meter is designed. The S7-300 series PLC and configuration software are used as the core control system. Through WinCC configuration management software, the real time material data can be displayed. The functions, such as automatic detection of bunker level, limit alarm, operation of unloading car and unloading control, are implemented.
