摘    要:针对采用二次调节技术的工程机械车辆液压底盘模拟试验台,运用建模的方法,分别建立了直流调速电机、液压蓄能器、恒压变量泵马达(一次元件)、二次调节转矩系统和驱动系统的转速控制的各个子系统的数学模型。在此基础上,建立了二次调节模拟加载试验台整体数学模型,阐述了整套系统各个子系统彼此之间的复杂耦合关系。通过仿真分析和实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:The mathematical models of direct current regulation electromotor,hydraulic accumulator,constant pressure pump,secondary regulation torque control subsystem and speed control subsystem of driving system were established by modeling method for the engineering machinery vehicle hydraulic underpan.The whole mathematical model of the secondary regulation load simulation test(equipment) were established on the basis of the above models.The complicated coupling relations of the whole system were analyzed.Simulation and experiment results prove the theoretical analysis.
