摘    要:将引进型300 MW机组自然循环锅炉连排系统与事故放水系统合并,提高排污效果,实现事故放水系统暖管;重新设计虹吸管,实现汽包事故放水流量的自动限制;设计节能型锅炉疏水回收系统,提高机组运行的安全性、经济性。

Abstract:The blowdown effect of a licenced 300 MW set's natural circulation boiler was improved by combining its continuous blowdown system with its emergency water discharging system;whereby the latter was continuously hept warm.A siphon tube was designed for automatic limiting the amount of water discharged in cases of emergency from the drum.Thus an energy saving drainage water recovery system has been designed for raising the set's operational safety and profitability.
