研究环氧树脂聚酰亚胺树脂凝胶行为的新方法

摘    要:为了优化双组分环氧树脂和PMR型聚酰亚胺树脂的固化工艺,选用DMA圆盘压缩夹具,采用等温模式分别测定了这2种树脂的凝胶行为,给出了其凝胶动力学数学模型,计算了树脂的凝胶活化能为75.68 kJ/g。在聚酰亚胺树脂凝胶实验结果的基础上,推测该聚酰亚胺体系在310℃前后可能存在不同的固化反应机理。

Abstract:The DMA round disk compression clamp and an isothermal mode were employed to determine the gelation behavior of a bi-component epoxy and a PMR polyimide to optimize thier curing process.The gelation kinetic mathematical models of the two resin systems were obtained respectively as well as the gelation active energy was calculated that Ea=75.68 kJ/g.Two different cure reaction mechanisms were presumed on each side of 310 ℃,based on the gained result.
