摘 要: | 根据液相烧结三元硼化物基金属陶瓷覆层材料的工艺特点,用金属陶瓷覆层将两钢板进行液相烧结连结,以覆层对两钢板的连结强度表征覆层与钢基体的结合强度。采用三点弯曲、拉伸和单边剪切三种方法进行覆层/钢基体结合强度的测试。结果表明,三元硼化物基金属陶瓷覆层/钢基体之间产生冶金结合,具有较高的结合强度。

Bonding Strength of Liquid Phase Sintered Cermet Cladding Material |

Abstract: | According to the technological characteristic of liquid phase sintered ternary boride based cermet cladding material, two steel plates were bonded using cermet cladding material by liquid phase sintering. The bonding strength between cermet cladding and steel substrate was expressed using the bonding strength of two bonded steel plates bonded by cermet cladding material. The bonding strength between cermet cladding and steel substrate was tested using the methods of bending, tension and shearing. Experimental results showed that metallurgical bonding was produced and strong bonding was possessed between cermet cladding and steel substrate in liquid phase sintered ternary boride based cermet cladding material. |
