网络化可重构制造资源优化配置技术研究

在中国国家863高技术发展计划重大专项《基于制造资源优化配置的制造过程管理系统》之子课题《可重构制造资源优化配置平台》，中国航空科学基金项目《以工艺流程为核心的异地协同制造资源优化配置及其实现技术研究》资助下，面向网络化、智能化、敏捷化的数字制造模式，综合运用面向对象技术、分布式数据库技术、集成技术，以及多目标优化理论，开展网络化可重构制造资源优化配置关键技术研究，重点是建构网络化协同制造任务信息模型，网络化制造资源信息模型，动态可重构的制造资源优化配置方案，开发网络化可重构制造资源优化配置平台。

Study on Networked Reconfigurable Manufacturing

Jointly funded by the subproject(Reconfigurable manufacturing resource optimization deployment platform) of the Major Program of the 863 for CIMS of China: The manufacturing process management system based on resource optimization deployment (No. 2001AA412020), and the Aerospace Science Foundation of China: Research on resources optimization deployment and realization for collaborative manufacturing with process flow as kernel (No. 04H53064), this paper focuses on the key technologies of networked reorganized manufacturing resource optimization deployment, discusses important issues such as the networked collaborative manufacturing task information model, the networked manufacturing resource information model, dynamic and re configurable manufacturing resource optimization deployment and the development of the reconfigurable manufacturing resource optimization deployment platform system.
