(R,S)-酮基布洛芬的拆分研究

摘    要:以N-辛基-D-葡糖胺为拆分剂,研究了(R,S)-酮基布洛芬的拆分及碱解,以及(R)酮基布洛芬的消旋;单轮拆分率达40%。

Abstract:The resolution of(R,S)-ketoprofen into(S)-ketoprofen was found to be effective via the N-octyl-D-glucamine.The result of this method showed that each resolution yield was 40% with high optical purity of over 99%.Racemization of(R)-ketoprofen has been studied with good results.
