| Abstract: | The resolution of(R,S)-ketoprofen into(S)-ketoprofen was found to be effective via the N-octyl-D-glucamine.The result of this method showed that each resolution yield was 40% with high optical purity of over 99%.Racemization of(R)-ketoprofen has been studied with good results. |
