铝型材挤压模具等离子体化学气相沉积TiN工艺的试验研究

摘    要:用HLD-500型镀膜机对4Cr5MoVISi钢制的铝型材挤压模具进行了等离子体化学气相沉积工敢的试验研究,结果表明,窄缝工作带获得了理想的TiN涂层,显著提高了模具的表面硬度,耐磨性,抗粘着性和耐腐蚀性,可使模具寿命有较大幅度地提高。

Abstract:The PCVD TiN process for aluminium profile extrusion dies was studied by HLD-500. The results shown that the bearing depth of the narrow seam obtained ideal TiN coating,it increased surface hardness wear-resistace adhensive-resistance and corrosion-rrsistance effcetwesy.So the service life of the die can be increased largely.
