强化高锰钢辙叉的途径及方法

摘    要:首次提出了辙叉生产剥落掉块与高锰钢强硬性不高有关。简要介绍了固溶强化、沉淀强化、爆炸强化和渗碳强化的基本原理以及对高锰钢进行强化处理的方法,提出了它们是一条提高高锰钢强硬性、进而改善高锰钢辙叉使用寿命及其缩小离散性的有效途径。

Abstract:In this paper, the author put forwards that the flaking off of the frog has something to do with low hardness and strength of high manganese steel. It also briefly discusses the basic theory on solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening,explosion and carburizing strengthening and methods of high manganese steel strengthening. It points out that these are the effective ways to improve the hardness and strength of high manganese steel and increase duration of high manganese steel frog.
