摘    要:水轮机特性曲线的数值查询和处理是水电站过渡过程数值模拟计算的重要组成部分,其插值精度直接影响过渡过程数值计算的最终结果.目前,对于水轮机特性曲线的处理方法常用表格插值法和曲线(曲面)拟合法,但这两种方法在实际使用上存在一定的缺点,为此,提出了插值效率更高的三维曲面拟合法.对于水轮机小开度运行区域的数值模拟采用三次样条曲线拟合及内插法比采用多项式插值方法使(单位流量一开度)曲线具有更高的光滑性,数值估计段与已有模型综合特性线段有较好的连接性,使得估计段的数值更加接近真实值,减小估计误差.

Abstract:It is a most important part of the simulate calculation in inquiring and dealing with the turbine characteristic curve data during the power plant transient process. The interpolation accuracy will affect the final result directly. The most useful measure by now is form interpolation and curve (surface) fitting method, which have some problem in practice. So here gives a more effective method called three dimensions curve surface fitting. It is smoother for the simulate curve by using the cubic spline curve fitting than the polynomial interpolation method when the unit operation at a small opening. The simulated parts of the curves have a good continuity with the real curves, which drew by the model test. It makes the simulate value more closer to the real value and minimizes the error.
