| 摘 要： | 保险经纪人作为保险市场中联结买卖双方的中介发挥着重要的作用。尽管保险业的发展会给中国保险经纪人带来良好的发展机遇,但目前仍存在很多的制约因素,应着重从培养人才、加强监管和完善法规等方面采取对策。
