| 摘 要： | 给出用在单动压力机上的新型常压边力落料拉深复合模结构和主要设计参数,论述了模具工作原理.该模具压边机构的橡皮厚度小,压边力不受拉深行程影响,在整个拉深过程中保持不变,压边效果好,适用性强.

| Abstract: | The new structure and main design parameters of a compound die for blanking and drawing with a constant clamping force have been presented.The die is used on a single-action mechanical press.The operating principle of the die has been described.The thickness of rubber of the clamping device is thin.The clamping force is independent of the depth of draw,constant for whole draw,of fine clamping effect and better applicability. |
