| 摘 要： | 介绍了Accu-Roll轧管机组的工艺特点,并针对此工艺存在的钢管内螺纹严重及产能较低的问题,提出了一种全新机组--ARE轧扩管机组.此机组既能解决钢管内螺纹问题,同时又能拓展Accu-Roll机组生产规格范围,并大幅提高机组年产量.该机组在烟台鲁宝钢管有限责任公司无缝钢管的成功应用证明:ARE轧扩管机组可以以相对较低的投资获得较高的规模效益,并且具有产品规格范围宽、壁厚精度高、表面质量好、工艺调整灵活等优点.
