基于广义预测控制的循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程多目标优化控制策略

摘    要:针对循环流化床锅炉(circulating fluidized bedboiler,CFBB)燃烧过程的非线性、时变、大滞后、多变量耦合等过程特性,提出了一种基于广义预测控制的燃烧过程多目标优化控制策略。在分析循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程动态模型的基础上,构建了2层结构的燃烧优化控制结构,分别实现料床温度与主蒸汽压力的区域动态控制和经济性能指标的稳态优化。仿真研究结果表明,与区域控制方法相比,2层优化控制策略在保证料床温度和主蒸汽压力稳定的前提下,能够有效地将煤耗降低2%左右。
