蛋白质定量检测方法的探讨

摘    要:综述了凯氏定氮法、考马斯亮蓝法、双缩脲法、Folin-酚法、紫外吸收法、BCA法、近红外光谱技术、电泳法及数字图像法等主要的蛋白质定量检测方法,分别介绍了各方法的原理、特点及应用,说明了其优缺点和适用范围,并通过实例对各种蛋白质的检测方法进行了探讨。

Abstract:The main methods of protein quantificational determination are summarized,such as Kjeldahl method,Brodford method,biuret method,Folin-phenol method,UV absorption method,BCA method,near-infrared spectroscopy technique,electrophoresis,digital image method and so on.The principle,characteristics and applications of each method are introduced,and the scope of application,advantages and disadvantages are explained.Various of protein determination methods are discussed by some examples.
