基于DSP和CAN总线的步进电机控制系统研究

摘    要:为了提高步进电机控制系统的动态性能和控制精度,提出基于数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A的步进电机控制系统设计方法,包括系统硬件、软件及加减速控制算法的设计;并运用CAN总线技术实现了DSP与工控机之间的数据通信。通过实验测试,结果验证了步进电机加减速控制算法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve dynamic performance and control precision of stepping motor control system,this paper brings forward stepping motor control system design based on TMS320LF2407A DSP,including hardware design,software design and control algorithm design of acceleration and deceleration.Data communication between DSP and industrial computer is achieved by the use of CAN bus.Through experimental test,the results prove that control algorithm of acceleration and deceleration is correct and effective.
