| 摘 要： | 列举了热轧带钢在生产检验及用户使用过程中常出现的开裂现象,并对开裂带钢进行了化学成分及低倍和金相检验分析.结果表明,化学成分符合要求,铸坯存在皮下气泡、带钢存在非金属夹杂及游离渗碳体是带钢出现开裂主要原因.提出了改进建议.

| Abstract: | It was illustrated that the crack in hot-rolling plate and strip often can be found in production examination and application.The cracks of plate and strip was analyzed by means of chemical analysis,macroscopic and metallographic examination.The results showed that composition was normal,the main reason of the cracks of plate and strip were sub-surface porosity,nonmetallic inclusion and free cementites.In order to improve the quality and meet the users requirments the advice had been proposed. |
