摘    要:提出了数字直接制版系统激光扫描成像结构,设计了基于数据单元分割的多链路激光扫描成像系统。建立了激光光束动态控制模型,设计了低畸变聚焦光学系统,设计制作了光栅光阀调制器,实现了单束1Mbit/s以上的高速率、高功率激光调制,使多路输出光强稳定一致。首次提出了基于机械运动的动态反馈补偿电路技术,自适应调整数据扫描速率,保证了成像速度与各像素点灰度的均匀性、各像素点尺寸和距离的一致性。实现了高分辨率、高网点还原率与高重复精度的数字直接制版系统。

Abstract:A system structure of digital Computer-to-Plate is proposed.The multi-beam laser scanning imaging system,based on the data unit segmentation,is designed through analysis of the key technologies.The model of dynamic control of laser beam is established.The focusing optics with low distortion is designed.High-power laser modulator with rate up to 1 Mbit/s per beam is realized with the designed and fabricated grating light valve modulator.Therefore output intensity of multi-channel laser beam is stable and consistent.The dynamic feedback compensation circuit based on mechanical movement is proposed,which adjust scanning data rate adaptively.The consistency of plate scanning speed,the uniformity of pixel gray,the consistency of pixel size and pixel distance are ensured by using of adaptive compensation circuit technology.The laser Computer-to-Plate system with high-resolution,pixel reduction rate and repeatability is realized.
