摘    要:论述了套简窑换热器结垢的机理,提出了掺冷风控制进入换热器废气温度的方案。通过半年的工业性生产试验,解决了这一问题,保证了生产顺行,使其达到了生产设计指标。

Abstract:The mechanism of scale formation in heat exchanger of slleve kiln is analysed and the method of blowing cold air into waste air that flows into heat exchanger to control waste air's temperature has been tested.After 6 months of test-operation,the method has been proven satisfactory that the problem of scale formation is solved and the design capacity of sleeve kiln is ensured.
