工程总承包项目的费用估算与控制

针对以设计为主体的工程总承包项目的特点 ,介绍了承包商的费用控制原则和策略 ,指出应以项目设计阶段为重点 ,大力推行限额设计 ,严格物资采购管理 ,实行“适时、适量、适质、适地、适价”的采购原则 ,严格施工招标管理 ,进行项目实施全过程的费用控制。

EXPENSES ESTIMATION AND CONTROL FOR EPC PROJECTS

In view of the characteristics of the EPC projects,guidelines and strategies of the contractors for expenses control were introduced.It was pointed out that great efforts should be made to promote the quota design in design stage of a project,to strengthen management on bidding and materials purchasing and to purchase according to guidelines of "timly,appropriate amount,good quality,suitable sites and moderate price" to realize expenses control for the whole project.
