| 摘 要： | ４，６－二羟基－２－甲硫基嘧啶二钠盐与二氟一氯甲烷反应，得到４，６－双（二氟甲氧基）－２－甲硫基嘧啶。后经氧化，胺化制得４，６－双（二氟甲氧基）－２－氨基嘧啶。

| Abstract: | Dihydroxy-2-methylthiopyrimidine disodium was reacted with chlorodifluoromethane to give 4,6-bis(difluoromethoxy)-2-methylthiopyrimidine,which then was treated by oxidation and ammonolysis leading to formation of 4,6-bis(difluoromethoxy)-2-aminopyrimidine. |
