爆炸试样的塑性变形试验分析及其在测厚中的应用

摘    要:进行了无裂纹源焊道板材和模拟焊缝试样的爆炸试验。对这两种爆炸试样进行的塑性变形测量和分析结果表明:板材试样爆炸后在中心区产生均匀的双向应变场,爆接试样爆炸后产生非均匀双向应变场。据此,提出了爆炸试验测试中等效测厚点的建议。

Abstract:An explosion bulge test on a welded plate specimen without a crack starter and sin1ulated weld specimen was conducted. The results of measurements and analyses of the plastic deformation in the both specimens indicate that after explosion bulge tests, the centre area of a plate specimen exhibites a homoge neolls biaxial strain field with a weld specimen exhibiting an inhomogeneous biaxial strain field.From this,an equivalent thickness measurement point in explosion bulge test is recommended。
