用系统论、信息论和控制论（以下简称“三论”）的现代科学方法论研究建筑与环境、建筑与防水的大系统工程，分析屋面防水工程的特性；渗漏的主要症结，并提出其系统设计思想及依据，最后应用“三论”提出贯乇屋面防水工程系统设计思想的一般原则和措施。

Boosting Waterproof Efficiency in Roof Construction by the Modern Scientific Method

By the triadic--thesis,i.e. an integration of the system the sis, the informationthesis and the control thesis. The article studies how the building's environment is improved aptly the unique characteris tics of waterproof engineering system is analysed thoroughly and the cru-cial reason of leakage is found and prevented eventually. Basing upon deliberation of systematical design idea and application of the triadicthe sis method, the general princile and practical measure of waterproof engineering projects are put forward.
