综采面废弃油井影响区域H2S涌出规律及防治措施

摘    要:针对双马煤矿综采工作面废弃油井影响区域H2S涌出量较大的问题,通过现场考察I0104105工作面过马探31废弃油井期间H2S采动涌出分布规律,提出了以废弃油井地面超前封堵、井下气体超前探测为基础,以采前预注碱性吸收液主动治理和采中中高压喷雾、通风稀释被动治理为主要措施,以降低割煤速度、强化监测和人工检测、加强个体防护等为辅助的综合防治措施。通过现场应用,I0104105工作面H2S涌出浓度有大幅下降,工作面回风巷H2S涌出得到了较好地控制,安全通过了马探31废弃油井影响区域,为类似条件H2S治理提供了示范。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large amount of hydrogen sulfide emission from the abandoned wells in the fully mechanized working face of Shuangma Coal Mine,the site distribution of hydrogen sulfide produc⁃tion during the 31 abandoned oil wells in the I0104105 working face was investigated at site.Based on the advanced plugging of underground oil wells and the detection of underground gas,the pre injection alkaline absorbing liquid was used for active treatment and mid high pressure spraying and ventilation.Dilution pas⁃sive control is the main measure to reduce coal cutting speed,strengthen monitoring and artificial detection,strengthen individual protection and other comprehensive control measures.Through field application,the con⁃centration of H2S emission in I0104105 working face has greatly decreased,and the hydrogen sulfide emis⁃sion in return air tunnel of working face has been well controlled,which has passed the influence area of abandoned oil well in Matan 31 safely,providing a demonstration for hydrogen sulfide treatment under simi⁃lar conditions.
