燃煤火力电厂汽轮机快冷技术的应用

摘    要:本文基于350MW超临界机组停机时使用热空气为介质对汽轮机汽缸进行快速冷却。在实际运行中,利用锅炉余热加热空气,在汽轮机打闸停机后采用顺流的方式,对汽轮机的汽缸进行冷却,并严格监测汽轮机缸壁、法兰等部件的温降速率。通过对运行过程中汽轮机各部件温度参数的详细分析,得出超临界机组汽轮机停机过程中快冷技术运行的可行性方案,并提出建设性意见。

Application of Steam Turbine Quick-cooling Technology in Coal-fired Thermal Power Plant

Abstract:In this paper,the quick-cooling of steam turbine cylinder is based on the use of hot air as the medium during the shutdown of 350 MW supercritical units.In actual operation,the waste heat of the boil?er is used to heat the air,and after the turbine is shut down,the downstream method is used to cool the turbine cylinder,and strictly monitor the temperature drop rate of the turbine cylinder wall,flange and oth?er components.Based on the detailed analysis of the temperature parameters of each part of the steam tur?bine in operation,the feasible scheme of quick-cooling technology operation in the process of supercritical units turbine shutdown is obtained,and constructive suggestions are put forward.
