| 摘 要： | 某石化公司改性沥青装置研磨沥青换热器频繁发生堵塞现象,胶块将管束和壳体粘接在一起,维修难度大。分析形成堵塞的工艺和设备方面原因,并进行了相应的技术改造,解决了换热器堵塞的问题,保证了装置的长周期运行。

| Abstract: | Abrasive asphalt exchanger of modified asphalt device in a petrochemical company frequent blocking phenomenon, the rubber piece would glue tube bundle and shell together, maintenance was diffi- cult. The paper analysed the reasons for technology and equipment of forming blockage and carried out the cor- responding technical transformation, solved the problem of blocking the heat exchanger to ensure the long peri- od operation of the device. |
