琥珀酸产生菌固体发酵动力学研究

摘    要:对琥珀酸产生菌SH-20合成琥珀酸的固体发酵动力学进行研究。在Logistic方程和Luedeking-Piret方程的基础上,建立了琥珀酸产生菌SH-20发酵过程中菌体生长、基质消耗和产物形成的动力学模型。对实验数据与模型进行了比较,结果表明模型与实验数据能较好地拟合,基本反映了琥珀酸产生菌发酵过程的动力学特征。

Abstract:The solid-state fermentation kinetics for succinic acid production by succinate producing strain SH-20 was investigated. On the basis of Logistic equation and the Luedeking-Piret equation, a series of kinetic models of cell growth, product formation, and substrate fermentation of succinic acid producing strain SH-20 were established. Experimental results were compared with the model, it showed that the theoretic values of the models and the experimental data were in a good agreement, indicating that the model basiclly reflected the dynamic characteristics of succinic acid-producing strain during fermentation.
