聚芳酰胺塑料制备放大方法的改进研究

摘    要:从化学反应工程的角度,分析了合成聚芳酰胺塑料的快速聚合反应特点。在原有的工艺和设备条件下,通过过程分析,成功使反应规模扩大了10倍。在此基础上,进一步改进了聚合反应的合成方式,使聚合反应规模扩大到约为原来的50倍,满足了客户对聚芳酰胺塑料的迫切需求。

Abstract:Analyzed the features of rapid polymerization reaction in the synthesis of aromatic polyamide from the perspective of chemical reaction engineering. The reaction capacity was successfully scaled up 10 times through process analysis under the existing process and equipment conditions. Furthermore, the synthesis process of polymerization was improved and the capacity was scaled up 50 times, which satisfied the urgent needs of customers for aromatic polyamide.
