摘    要:采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时检测大麦麦芽消解液中砷、铬、镉、铅、汞的元素含量。结果表明,所测样品的重金属含量均符合国家食品安全标准。各元素在0~20 μg/L的线性范围内呈现出良好的线性相关性,相关系数均>0.999。方法检出限为0.000 2~0.009 0 mg/kg。相对标准偏差(n=5)在3.3%~4.7%。加标回收率介于85%~110%。该方法可同时检测多金属元素且具有操作简便,线性范围宽,灵敏度高,检出限低,精密度及准确度好的优点,是一种快速准确分析批量大麦麦芽样品中多金属元素的检测方法。

Abstract:Malt samples were pretreated by microwave digestion, and the contents of As, Cr, Cd, Pb, Hg in the digestion liquid were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP-MS) in this paper. The results showed that the heavy metal contents of all measured samples were conformed to the hygiene standards prescribed by the state. The linear correlative coefficients for all elements were higher than 0.999 over the range of 0-20 μg/L. The detection limit was 0.000 2-0.009 0 mg/kg. The relative standard deviations(n=5) were in the range of 3.3%-4.7% and the adding standard recovery varied from 85% to 110%. This method can simultaneously detect multi-metal elements and has advantages of simple operation, wide linear range, high sensitivity, low detection limit, good precision and accuracy. It was a rapid and accurate method for many metal elements detection in a batch of malt.
