摘    要:建立了用正丙醇作内标测定白酒酒精度的气相色谱方法。采用DB-624UI(60 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm)毛细管色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器进行测定。该方法在乙醇体积分数为0.009 98%~0.099 80%范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.999 9。精密度试验相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%,重复性试验RSD为0.5%。加标回收率在96.51%~101.13%,RSD为0.2%~1.8%。结果表明,该方法前处理操作简单、快捷、准确度高、精密度好,适用于白酒酒精度的快速检测。

Abstract:The method for alcohol content determination in Chinese liquor by GC with n-propyl alcohol as internal standard was established. The sample was separated by DB-624UI(60 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm) capillary column, and then detected by flame ionization detector. The method had a good linearity in the range of 0.009 98%-0.099 80% with R2 was 0.999 9. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of precision was 0.5%. The RSD of repeatability was 0.5%. The adding standard recoveries of them were between 96.51%-101.13%, with RSD from 0.2% to 1.8%. The results showed that this method had the advantage of easy operation, fast, high accuracy and good precision, it could be applied to determine the alcohol content in Chinese liquor quickly.
